    I always love the pecan from here. It’s delicious as always I cooked sous vide and then I slice pieces off throughout the week and grill it. It’s amazing. Best bang for your Buck.

    2nd time purchasing. Arrived as described. Excellent fat cap. High quality. Salted and air dried overnight on rack in fridge. Reverse sear method. We like ours on the rare side. One of my favorite purchases from this store. Highly recommend. Would purchase again.
