Picanha Wagyu | BMS 8-9

I can't even count the number of times I've bought the Picanha Wagyu BMS 8-9 whole loin. Follow the fat lines to cut with the grain to make perfect stakes around 1.25 in thick. I sear then finish to medium rare and can't say enough of how flavorful, tender and amazing the results. I only season with salt, dry brine for a few hours at room temperature to ensure seasoning throughout. I've ordered from many places. This is the only one I keep coming back to.

Reuben - Here I come…

I ordered this from Colorado for Christmas dinner and I’m still almost speechless and in a flavor coma lol. I got the bms 6-7 last year and that was the best steak my wife and I had ever had so I knew that this one should be better but I wasn’t expecting it to be this much better. I’m almost scared to taste steak or any food at all that taste better than this! At first glance I thought the fat cap was kinda thin but all that went away with the first bite, it was just perfectly trimmed. This is definitely now a Christmas tradition for my house and by far my favorite Christmas tradition that I’ve ever had! Thank you Meat N Bone!

Ordered this pic Anna for a 30 person dinner party and it did not not disappoint. Everyone raved about the flavor and tenderness and marbling. Will definitely be ordering this again.
