The pearls range from deep charcoal to dark brown with a glossy finish. On the palate, it offers a clean, creamy profile with subtle marine notes and a delicate nutty finish reminiscent of hazelnut and butter. Balanced and versatile, it pairs beautifully with seafood or can be enjoyed on its own.

    Caviar Devilled Eggs…Delish

    While in Napa last year, they offered a panko crusted devilled egg topped with a generous portion of caviar. So I decided to make them at home and that caviar brought back all those scrumptious memories. Thank you Meat n Bone!
