This as one of the best briskets that I’ve cooked. Trimmed well with a nice fat cap. Smoked it over night on the Green Egg with his hickory. With meat this good, I’m only seasoned with yellow mustard, kosher salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Can’t wait to cook another one of these. High quality like everything I w bought from here.
