We usually don’t eat charcuterie, we recently got a pizza oven and wanted to test new pizza ideas. We tried the Sopressata, it was so good, not too spicy and too “fatty”. Perfect for our pizzas!

Can't find it locally anymore but found it here. I make Diavola pizzas at home which calls for spicy salami. Can't even find a Diavola pizza anywhere near me. This works out perfectly.
