DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
A classic cheddar done the right way: smooth, creamy, and naturally rich, with the extra depth you only get from raw whole milk. This Mild Cheddar is naturally fermented and aged 60 days (the standard curing benchmark for raw-milk cheeses), delivering a clean, buttery finish that melts like a dream.
Sourced through Lake Meadow Naturals (Ocoee, Florida)—a local farm and market known for clean, humane food practices and strong Florida producer partnerships—this is the kind of everyday-luxury cheese that elevates steak night, burgers, and boards in one move.

About the Farm: Lake Meadow Naturals (Ocoee, FL)
Lake Meadow Naturals is led by farmer Dale Volkert, whose passion began with a 4-H flock and grew into a Central Florida farm built around humane, clean egg production. As demand grew, chefs and restaurants across Florida began adding Lake Meadow’s chicken and duck eggs to their menus—helping the farm expand while staying rooted in transparency and education. Today, the farm spans over 100 acres and welcomes visitors through a working farm market and guided tours (by availability).
