Ingredients:
- Venison Filet
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. Pat the steak dry.
2. Season filet with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper.
3. Let it rest for 1 hour.
4. Heat a cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat.
5. Cook for 1 minute per side.
6. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
7. Carve, serve and enjoy!
