When will my order arrive?
You choose the date. At checkout, pick the day you want your order to arrive, whether it’s a weeknight dinner, a weekend cookout or a holiday. Each date shows its price before you pay.

Why the date changes the price
With local delivery, any available date and time window is free on orders over $150. With nationwide delivery, the date you choose decides how your order travels, and that decides the price.

Save on delivery: order a few days ahead and pick your date. You’ll usually pay the least, and it still arrives exactly when you need it.
How does my order get to me?
Local delivery
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando. Brought to your door by courier from a nearby store, packed for a short trip. Free on orders over $150.
Nationwide delivery
Everywhere else in the US, including the rest of Florida. Sent 2-day or overnight by carrier, packed to stay cold for 3 to 4 days in transit.
Pickup and in-store
Pick up your order for free, or shop in person at one of our stores. Find a store.
Local delivery options
Choose scheduled delivery to pick your date and time window, same-day delivery for today, or 2-hour rush when you need it now. Scheduled and same-day delivery are free on orders over $150. Local deliveries are made by insured couriers with live tracking, and prices appear at checkout once you enter your address.
Specialty products: we keep specialty and low-rotation items at one central location so they stay fresh. Local delivery orders that include them come from our fulfillment center with an extra $10 fee. To skip the fee, choose free pickup at a store near you. Pickup orders with these items can take 24 to 48 hours to be ready.
What does delivery cost?
Local delivery in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando is free on orders over $150. Everywhere else in the US, including the rest of Florida, we deliver nationwide: 2-day delivery costs $10 to $50 per order depending on your state, overnight delivery costs $30 to $75, and delivery is free on orders from $150 to $300. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands is calculated at checkout.

Nationwide delivery options and free delivery
- 2-day delivery: our lowest-cost option. Travels by Ground or 2nd Day Air and usually takes 2 days.
- Overnight delivery: our fastest option. Orders placed after 2 PM EST leave the next business day.
Free delivery: orders over your state’s threshold travel free by 2-day delivery. Faster dates are available for an upgrade fee, and on larger or seafood orders our team may upgrade you at no extra cost.
We don’t build delivery costs into our prices. Every efficiency we find goes back to you.
When your order leaves us
We ship every week. Orders placed Friday through Sunday usually leave on Monday, and nothing leaves on Sundays. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is packed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we send your order as soon as it’s available.
Holidays and peak season: carriers get busy and some close on holidays, so order early and pick your delivery date at checkout. For a special request, reply to your order confirmation email or write to orders@meatnbone.com.
How your order is packed
Local delivery: your order is packed to stay cold for the short trip from our store to your door.
Nationwide delivery: your order goes in an insulated cooler with dry ice and gel packs, packed to stay cold for 3 to 4 days in transit. Dry ice usually evaporates within 24 hours, so it’s normal if it’s gone when your box arrives. It did its job, and the gel packs keep everything cold for the rest of the trip. We use eco-friendly Green Cell Foam insulation whenever it’s available.
