Its hard to find a good short rib, this is a GREAT short Rib plate cut into a size that is manageable (3 bones). 

Remember that they are best cooked low and slow. We recommend just adding salt and placing in a slowcooker/crockpot for 4-8 hours. The meat will fall off the bone.

Carnivore heaven with these beef ribs!

So happy to find a local source (I live in Miami) for these beef plate short ribs. Smoked them “Texas Style” with a rub of kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, and granulated garlic. Could not have turned out better. Thanks Meat n’ Bone, I’m already looking forward to the next time.

Excellent Dino bones!

These beef ribs are amazing! They are massive in size and flavor. Super beefy. This is such a treat. I will definitely be buying these again!
