Summer Truffle Slices

These delicious truffle slices, called are produced exclusively with fresh seasonal truffles. The internal grain and the maturation guarantee the same sensation you get when you taste the fresh truffle. The sterilization treatment to which the jars are subjected changes the color of the grain which is generally white in fresh truffles, making it uniform with the color of the pulp of the truffle.

We love this product, even sometimes more than fresh truffles because it allows you to have a very consistent flavor which doesn't always happen with fresh truffles.

Method of preservation: after opening keep refrigerated up to 7 days.
