This difference is visual and you'll taste it in every bite. Most pre-ground beef comes from large processors, increasing the risk of contamination. Our ground beef is a step above the rest, offering superior flavor and texture in every bite.
How To Grill Amazing Wagyu Beef Burgers
Quick guide to cook any burger
- Preheat your grill to high heat (charcoal: wait for white ash, gas: about 10 minutes).
- Create a small indentation in the center of each patty. Note that you can cook them from frozen, it will just take slightly longer.
- Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
- Grill patties over direct heat (3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjust for 1/4 lb or 1/2 lb burgers and preferred doneness).
- Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Assemble patties on buns, add desired toppings, and serve.
