This unique sauce combines the fiery kick of habanero peppers with the sweetness of red peppers and tomatoes, balanced by garlic, onions, and a touch of honey. A splash of distilled vinegar enhances its tangy bite, while activated charcoal lends it a dramatic black hue, making it a standout addition to any table.

    Perfect for adventurous palates, this sauce pairs beautifully with steaks, tacos, seafood, grilled vegetables, and even burgers.     THE STORY BEHIND THE SAUCE

    For years, Chef Abel has been making tacos for the staff at The Wagyu Bar. Being Mexican, his tacos are, of course, incredible—so when he offers, we don’t say no. Alongside his tacos, he always served a homemade hot sauce that we all loved.

    One day, we got bold and asked Chef Abel if he could create a similar sauce for Meat N' Bone. His response? "Deal... but can you make it black?"

    To bring this vision to life, we called on Chef Chucho Rojas to step in, refine the recipe, and make it both shelf-stable and strikingly black.

    And so, Muy Picante Hot Sauce was born—an experience as bold and unforgettable as its story. 🔥

    Ingredients: Habanero peppers, sweet red peppers (raw), tomatoes (red, ripe, raw), garlic (raw), onions (raw), cilantro (coriander leaves, raw), distilled vinegar, honey, olive oil, activated charcoal, kosher salt.
