Lamb Burgers | 3-Pack
These burgers come from 100% free-range and pasture-fed lambs.
Although they are Australian (which tend to taste "gamier" or stronger), they have a subtle taste and are 100% lamb meat.
They are 80% lean / 20% fat and are best grilled to medium rare. Serve with a dollop of tzatziki and cucumber slices for an awesome flavor combination.
IS THIS AS GOOD AS AMERICAN LAMB?
At Meat N' Bone we are BIG fans of American raised Lamb. However, during the first half of the year 2021, there was a lack of availability for high quality domestic lamb. This continued until the end of the year. As a result, we were forced to look for an alternative.
This search confirmed what we knew, we must have tried a good 20 programs of Australian Lamb and none of them came close to the quality of Domestic Lamb, particularly OUR domestic lamb. But we did love these specific burgers!
So is this as good as our American Lamb? Nope, but its pretty good and for about half the price.
This item MIGHT be delivered frozen.
