Bratwurst German Sausage | 4-Pack

"Brat" roughly translating to "finely chopped meat" and "wurst" to, well, "sausage" you could say that this is a fairly smooth-textured sausage. 

Our delicious Bratwursts or "Brats" are made from fresh cuts of pork and veal. Seasoned with chives and leeks, they are perfection in a bite.

These sausages won a gold medal in the 2016 DFV-AAMP Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham hosted in Madison, WI, similar to the one held in Frankfurt. 

They can be sizzled on the grill or in an iron skillet. Best served with a side of sauerkraut and mustard. 

Each pack contains 4 links and weighs approximately 1 Lb.

Refrigerate this sausage for up to a week or freeze for up to two months. They are cooked, so just heating them will suffice.
