A great alternative to toulouse sausage
I recently stepped outside my comfort zone and adjusted a classic duck cassoulet recipe I have been making for years wit toulouse sausage and duck confit. I deceived to give the duck and foie gras sausage a try and wow, it was fantastic. The sausage quality is second to none.
