    Outstanding Wagyu Picanha

    Ordered this pic Anna for a 30 person dinner party and it did not not disappoint. Everyone raved about the flavor and tenderness and marbling. Will definitely be ordering this again.

    "best steak I have ever eaten"

    Said the new in laws on their first visit to VA. Used my Yoder smoker. Smoked until 119. Seared until 125. Unreal. Perfect. Great meat, high quality marbling thru out! Superb customer service from meat n bone (I needed the order expedited). I'll be back for more!!

    The Perfection of Balance!

    The Picanha bms 8-9 from Meat and Bone is the most perfect cut for my palate. The fat cap flavor and the texture of this highly marbled meat grilled over a lump charcoal fire is exactly what I have been searching for, for 35 years! The search is over, do yourself a favor and learn how to properly execute this meat and there will be no other meat more anticipated!

    I butterflied it filled it with smoked gouda cheese and herbs rolled & tied it and covered it with dry rub.

    Amazing flavor and value!

    The meat was absolutely delishes and the price was right! We cooked it Korean BBQ style on a flat iron pan at the table.

    Great steaks

    I adored 8 ribeyes for a dinner party and they were wonderful. I am taking off one star though for the timeliness of the shipping and the communication surrounding it. They arrived the night before my event in the nick of time but it was added stress I didn’t need. I will definitely order them again but not for a specific event so I have more wiggle room.

    best piece of meat i've ever had in my mouth

    This is hands down the best piece of meat to ever enter my mouth, and i've had a lot of meat! Eating this steak is what I imagine eating out Gods ****** tastes like.

    Beautiful Brisket

    13 lbs of brisket glory! Was delicious but be warned, it barely fit on my large BGE. Happy smokin'!

    Unbelievable!

    What a awesome selection of meats and the chorizos go so well to accompany a Latin Inspired barbecue. The Picanha was INSANE! The Flap was Ridiculous! And sausages we're so freaking good! Iam literally adding another box to my cart after I send this review. Meat and Bone is the BEST!

    The real deal pork belly with skin

    Got a 4lbs slab. Cut into 4 pieces for 2 people each piece. It cooked well and the skin turned out nicely crisped. A bit of fat to remove on the outside before cooking and some when cooked from the slices. Heritage pork from Cheshire

    Barthenia Toliver/ Wagyu Beef Back Ribs

    Absolutely delicious and tender. This is my 3rd time or more ordering them. I have ordered the Wagyu burgers and Tenderloin tips. I have never been disappointed with the taste and quality of the meat.

    Bombones from Meat N’ Bone

    The shipment to hot Louisiana came still frozen with the dry ice. Good job. The sausages was good wrapped and when I took it out to grill I put it over oak wood with low heat. Let them cook up to temp and get juicy. Good flavor, casing good and liked that two and tow was attached. If you have lived in Louisiana / New Orleans some years you know that your tastebuds will change so the spice level will need to be bumped up for my tastebuds but the guests liked it very good.
