    Description of Gourmet Argentinian Chorizo

A staple of Argentine cuisine, our Argentinian Chorizo is crafted using traditional recipes and high-quality pork to deliver the authentic flavors of an Argentine asado. Whether you’re grilling for a classic choripán or adding depth to a hearty stew, this bold, flavorful sausage is a must-have.

We offer two versions of this classic Argentinian sausage, each with its own unique profile:

Traditional Cured Argentinian Chorizo: With a firm texture and a well-balanced, slightly smoky flavor, this chorizo is closer to the store-bought Argentinian chorizos found in supermarkets, making it a familiar choice for many customers. The curing process gives it a refined bite and deeper umami notes, making it ideal for grilling, slicing, or adding to stews and pasta dishes. Perfect for those who love a classic chorizo with a polished, butcher-shop quality.

All Natural Argentinian Chorizo: Bold, juicy, and bursting with rustic Argentinian flavor, this chorizo has a coarser, more natural texture that stays tender and succulent when grilled. Its savory, tangy, and slightly herbal bite makes it the ultimate choice for an asado or a classic choripán. Made the traditional way, without curing salts, this is the true parrillero’s chorizo, crafted for those who crave authenticity and full-bodied flavor. Due to being produced in small batches and no added preservatives, this is a more premium and expensive chori.

Which is better? Thats for you to decide. So we offer the BEST of both worlds.

    Minimal Preservatives, Keep Frozen

    • The All Natural is made with no artificial preservatives—just natural seasonings. Keep it frozen (fresh is ok for a few days)

    • The Cured sausage contains curing salt for preservation and color enhancement. It can last up to 30 days refrigerated but we do recommend keeping it frozen if you will not eat it.

    • Both sausages must be kept refrigerated or frozen for optimal freshness.

    How to Cook It

🔥 Grill it: Cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

🍳 Pan-fry it: Sear over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, flipping to ensure an even cook.

🌭 Bake it: Roast at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for a golden-brown finish.

    What to Pair It With

✔ Traditional Asado Sides: Grilled provoleta cheese, chimichurri, roasted peppers.

✔ Rustic Comfort Meals: Mashed potatoes, polenta, or sautéed greens.

✔ Perfect Pairing: Best enjoyed with a bold Malbec, a crisp Torrontés, or a smoky porter.
