Pork shoulder goes by many names, including Pork Butt and Boston Butt. It can either be bone in or boneless. This is the most common cut used for pulled pork because of its fat content; slow-cooking this cut of meat creates a delectable, tender dish that is extremely versatile.
This pork butt is Bone-In.
You can use it for sandwich, tacos or eat it solo. It is extremely flavorful.

The Best!
When it comes to pork shoulders, I usually opt for store bought (Costco, Meijer, Jewel). However, since I have had such good experiences from this company, I decide to shell out for their pork shoulder. When I prepped the shoulder, I knew right away that it was really high quality; which was proven when I made a pulled pork sandwiches. The pork had a really good, clean taste, along with good marbling which rendered into the meat. It took hours to smoke, but was worth the wait. I will definitely buy another.

Great product!!!
This Pork Butt was the best I have ever had the pleasure of cooking and serving.
Deboned roast and smoked on a Weber Smokey Mountain with pecan and apple. Refrigerated the roast overnight and then sliced. Served with onion and pickles on Dave’s thin sliced white bread. Amazing!!!! Thank you
