Pork Belly is the piece of flesh that runs around the "belly" of the pig and surrounds the stomach. It is NOT the stomach. It is one long cut of meat with plenty of fat worked into the meat, which is why it is prized for curing and turning into bacon or pancetta. This is where BACON comes from. How about that?
You can cook it many ways, but braising it m y be the most popular.

Delicious
We had the pork belly for New Years Eve. It was very tasty and crispy in the outside, we cut in half, enough for 4. We'll cook the rest another day. Delicious

Amazing
I've been looking for pork belly with skin on for about a year. It's very hard to find where I live. Anyway I decided to give meat n bone a try. They did not disappoint. It was delicious. It was also my first time air frying pork belly.
