WHERE IS IT FROM?
We source our Salmon from Norway or Faroe Islands during the summer and off the coasts of Chile during winter. We change providers to maintain pricing, but the key is that all of our providers are partners of the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) and MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified suppliers. These globally recognized certifications guarantee that our salmon is raised and harvested responsibly—with full traceability and strict environmental standards.

Moreover, because wild salmon must be caught and processed rapidly during its short season, quality can fluctuate. That’s why much of it ends up canned, smoked, or frozen for shelf-stability. By contrast, our farmed salmon is flash-frozen at harvest—locking in freshness, nutrition, and clean flavor with every bite.
FLASH FROZEN FOR PEAK FRESHNESS
Each filet is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at the source—locking in freshness, flavor, and nutrients. Unlike much of the “fresh” fish in the market, which may be days old, our frozen salmon is often fresher at the time of cooking.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw slowly under refrigeration. Cook this naturally delicate product from a thawed state.
DO NOT leave soaking in water, it will affect the flavor and texture of the fish. DO NOT leave thawed out fish in vacuum sealed bag for more than 24 hours. Consume within 24 hours for best results.
