Omakase means "I Trust you chef", which means you are leaving our team of expert butchers and Grill Masters to choose what you and your 9 guests will eat (each package is priced for 10 guests).
You will eat A LOT of awesome cuts of meat, which will include some traditional cuts (NY, RibEye, Porterhouse) and other more special cuts (Wagyu, Dry aged, etc...)
The idea is for you to experience exciting and new meats, and have someone there to explain where the meat is sourced from, how to cook it and how to eat it.
One of the coolest things about our experiences is that you and your guests will be able to talk to our very knowledgeable grill masters about the different cuts you are about to eat.
Our Grill Masters are finely trained in the art of the grill. Each one of our guys has hundreds of hours of grill times and know our product intimately.
Once you book an Experience you will receive a phone call from one of our team members to SCHEDULE date and time as well as discuss menu options.
We require at-least a week in advance to serve this experience as we only schedule our most experienced Grill Masters for these type of services.
At Your Home Or Our's
Our Grill Master service is usually an "at home" experience. However, for a LIMITED time we are offering our private venue, which is a fully equipped restaurant and kitchen for no additional cost. However, no exterior food or drinks can be brought in. Everything can be acquired at Meat N' Bone store prices (not restaurant prices).
The Wagyu Bar is located at 2757 Coral Way, Miami FL 33145 (next to our Boutique)

One of the best experiences ever!
I wanted to have an event for my wife's family and my family for a Christmas gift. I have ordered from here before and remembered seeing this experience from them. I am so glad I remembered, because it was way better than any expectation I already had! The grill master was such an amazing person, very knowledgeable, and a very great chef. If you want to have the time of your life and be very full then book this, you will not regret it.

Awesome Grill Master Experience
We did the Grill Master Omakase for my Husband's 35th Birthday. Prior to the event, Meat n Bone got in contact with me to discuss logistics & the menu. On the day of, the Grill Master showed up with everything (a bit of a hiccup with the grill but it was resolved almost instantly) including trash bags, knives, cutting board, serving tray etc. All I needed to provide was a table & the space! All of our guests were more than impressed by both the quality of the meat (he only seasoned with salt really allowing the flavor to shine) and the Grill Master's expertise - ever piece of meat was cooked perfectly medium rare & he didn't even use a thermometer! At the end of the experience, the Grill Master packed everything up leaving us with a tray of the leftovers & half a bag of charcoal he did not use. He took all his dirty utentils with him and never even went inside the house once! All in all it was an amazing experience & worth EVERY penny. The value was tremendous and our guests had a GREAT time. We would definitely do this again and interested in trying the Wagyu experience for a special occasion.

Unbelievable experience
I could not recommend this experience enough. Javier was easy to work with from the moment he first got in contact with me, and the experience was second to none. High quality steak cooked by people who are passionate about it. My guests have not stopped talking about how amazing it's was. If you have the chance to try this, don't think twice.

FANTASTIC!!!
WOW! What a great idea this is....and a great experience. German helped us coordinate our meats and Jorge and Javier were our Grill Masters....they were fantastic. We started with the tuna tataki (not part of this experience) that we purchased and then we moved into a Wagyu tasting of NY Strips. The guys cooked everything perfectly. This is an experience you cannot get elsewhere and we are delighted with how everything turned out...will definitely do it again!
