As for the word BRINS, it is a cajun french word that means “little bit”. In the owner's own words, "It's what I’ve brought to Brooklyn. From my spicy home Louisiana, my incredible travels & now sharing with you.? We use less sugar, vegan pure cane sugar, all natural pectin simply made from citrus peels & zero preservatives."
