Race Day Package

This is the perfect combo for those looking to elevate their tailgate on Race Day 🏁!

If you've been following our #15 Nascar... These are some of Kaz Grala's favorite meats to grill!

Package should be good for 6-10 people and includes:

1x Package of Wagyu Burgers (4 patties, each 1/2 lbs)

2x Ribeyes (AKA Entrecotes) each weighting 8-10oz

1x Package of Steak Dogs weighing 1.5 lb (brings around 7-8 steak dogs)

1x Package os Steakhouse blend 1/4 lbs Burgers (4 patties) 

Domestic Wagyu Burgers

These wagyu burgers are 1/2 lb, which makes them THICK so that you can truly enjoy the flavor in every bite. These are no ordinary burgers. Our wagyu burgers are the juiciest, most flavorsome burgers you'll ever sink your teeth into!

Each patty is crafted from the finest Wagyu beef sourced from Colorado, known for its rich marbling and exquisite flavor. Perfectly balanced in taste and texture, these wagyu burgers offer a luxurious melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Entrecotes (Small Ribeyes)

This is the smaller brother to your restaurant grade RibEyes (which we call, the perfect steak). Entrecôte is the French word for a beef steak cut from between the ribs; in other words, a thin, boneless rib-eye. They arent perfectly size, but they taste awesome.

The Entrecôte is an excellent cut for quick cooking in a skillet or on the grill or for portion control. It is half as thick as our regular Boneless RibEye.

Steak Hot Dogs (Beef Franks)

It's taken us a long time to finally offer beef hot dogs because we could not find any that were "special enough." Now we do and these beef hot dogs won't disappoint! They are made with the same high-quality prime steaks we sell which is what makes them so delicious.

Our beef hot dogs (Beef Franks) come with NO casing.

These hot dogs are produced in the city of Chicago by a family-owned small business that has been producing hot dogs for almost 50 years.

Steakhouse 1/4 lbs Burgers (4 patties) | USDA Prime/Choice

A proper burger patty needs to have the right mix of fat and high-quality beef. We use USDA high-quality prime beef for our burger patties. If you see your grill sizzle and flare up when you place it to cook, it means it will have great taste.

We aim for 20/80 fat-to-high-quality beef ratio. We recommend seasoning with Salt and Pepper and cooking to medium. But that's what WE would do. You can do anything you please.

Note this is a good burger for kids, it is thin which means it is great for smashed burgers but at the same time its hard to cook them to the desired temperature (unless you liked it charred)
