    This Ribeye exhibits a Marble Score of BMS7+, delivering dense and high-quality marbling, resulting in an incredibly tender texture that melts away in the mouth. Its unforgettable flavor is unparalleled.

    This is Grandmaster Akaushi Beefpremium American Wagyu or Wagyu Cross F1 which is produced from cattle that are between 24 and 30 months of age, with minimum feeding of 300 days.  All cuts are wet aged for a period of 30 days.

    Moist aging helps these cuts in preserving moisture (each steak is wet-aged in a bag). With NO hormones or antibiotics, these steaks are high in monounsaturated fats and Oleic Acid, as well as having a BMS7+ marbling score. They are DNA verified for individual pedigree.

      Excellent!!!

      Great flavor!!! Simple salt and pepper. Pan seared for 40 seconds each side medium heat. Then cut into 1 1/2 inch strips and seared each cut edge for 15 seconds. Perfect medium rare. Soooooo tender and juicy. Will buy again…

      Great Steaks

      Shipped all the way up to Virginia and still perfectly frozen. I've been graciously gifted meats from Steak and Bone over the past few years and have never had a bad experience, and this time was no different. Absolutely great quality cuts all the way through. Highly recommend picking up a couple good steaks for yourself or as a treat for others.
