This program processes a small amount of steers every week (140-175) which allows them to put care into every steer. These Flaps come from a mid sized family owned company that puts a lot of care into each cut. 

What does the combo include?

3X Flap Steak | Wagyu BMS7+ (Each steak weights 9 - 11 Oz):  The flap steak is a popular cut in Argentina, Uruguay, France, and among our butchers. It's exceptionally tender, rich in flavor, and offers the best taste/value. Similar to flank and skirt but more tender, it's located on the inside portion of the diaphragm, with better marbling and less chewy fat. Season with salt, sear over high heat, and cook to your preferred doneness. With a BMS7+ Score these steaks are DELICIOUS! 

1X Meat N' Bone Maldon Salt: Maldon salt is a unique, high-quality sea salt known for its flaky, pyramid-shaped crystals.
