DELIVERY RATES
Our local delivery area extends in Miami Dade, Broward and some of Palm Beach county.
We offer 2 hr rush delivery & Same Day delivery (rates calculated at checkout) and FREE Scheduled Delivery (where you can select the date and timeframe). All of these options will become available once you reach the checkout.
We also offer store pickup options at our boutiques where you can also drop by and just shop... shopping at our boutiques is a one on one experience, similar to buying a watch.

SHIPPING RATES
After shipping 50,000+ orders we have become experts at it. 98% of our orders arrive on time and we are striving to do better. That said, we are not a logistics company... we are butchers. We do not inflate our prices to support shipping we tell it like it is... all savings and efficiencies we build we pass to the consumer.
Last day to order for guaranteed delivery for Christmas:
Flat Rate: Monday December 18th
Priority: Tuesday December 19th
Overnight: Wednesday December 20th
There are three types of shipping available:
- Flat Rate: Less expensive tier of shipping, will ship on a first come first serve basis. Usually transit time will be 2-3 days as it may ship ground or 2nd day air to western states.
- Priority: Most of these orders WILL ship 2nd day air AND will be fulfilled on the same day if inventory is available and order WAS PLACED BEFORE Cut-off (2pm EST).
- Overnight: Order will be fulfilled as fast as possible and ship out for next day delivery. If the order is placed after 2pm EST it will ship the next day.
"Free Shipping" will always ship on "Flat Rate", upgrades may be processed upon request.
PROCESSING TIME ON SHIPPING ORDERS
We typically fulfill orders within 24 hours of receipt. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- If your order has a transit time of over 2-3 days it will ship Mon-Thurs.
- If an item is out of stock we will ship your order as soon as the item is available.
- We only ship orders with a 1 day transit time on Fridays
- We DO NOT ship Sunday
PACKAGING ON SHIPPING ORDERS
Your order will be packaged in an insulated cooler with dry ice and gel packs. Note that Dry Ice will melt in 24-48 hours so tis possible when the order gets to you there will be no dry ice left. But trust us, its there. We also include Gel Packs.
We always attempt to use Green Cell Foam, however we may ship using Styrofoam boxes as the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted availability of supplies.
