That is why we source steaks from the best farms, high quality programs and process at the best facilities in the country, hand in hand with the USDA... we hold ourselves to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Our steaks are NOT mass produced, and we follow the most rigorous safety procedures that are in place as well to ensure the safety of our employees, butchers and partners (including farms).
SUPPLY CHAIN UPDATE
We want to apologize to those customer who placed orders during the last 48 hours and we did not have the inventory to fulfill those orders. To be frank, we received 10x orders more than we usually do.. and we were overwhelmed (looks like a lot of larger business were too). That said we did deliver over 95% of our orders, as requested and on-time. THANK YOU for working with us.
As for the next few days... there is no need to panic. We will be fully stocked this week... and we will keep our extremely high standards of quality and customer service.
Our trucks will be arriving from Chicago almost daily this week with the best Midwestern meats. We have also reached to our extended network of suppliers to make sure we have enough stock to cope.
All products that are currently sold out will be made available SUNDAY NIGHT and will be available for delivery starting MONDAY 03/16/2020. We will open and deliver ALL week.
So yes.. we will have plenty of Picanha, Ground Beef, Tenderloin, New York Strips, Ribeyes, Tri-Tips, Brisket, Burgers, etc...
We expect to be able to re-stock constantly, but as the situation evolves we will keep you informed.
We will NOT have Chicken in stock until 03/20/2020. So we ENCOURAGE you to place orders in advance.
